A selection of some of our beautiful cheeses.


BLUE MURDER
From Highland Fine Cheeses, this square shaped blue cheese, is soft and creamy. With a spicy tang and steely notes, always a winner on a cheeseboard
STRATHEARN
Made by Drew and Pierre of the Strathearn Cheese Company in Comrie. This whisky washed rind cheese is Mrs Mouses favourite. It is a semi soft cheese, its creamy and pungent and an absolute delight to eat.


HEBRIDEAN BLUE
Made by the Reade family farm on the Isle of Mull. Hebridean Blue is one of the bluest blues you can get. Its punchy and salty and reminiscent of Stilton.
FAT COW
This cheekily named cheese comes from Highland Fine Cheeses. Its potent smell is decepive as the taste is delicate, with meaty and sweet notes.


ISLE OF MULL CHEDDAR
This sharp, strong cheddar is made by the Reade Family Dairy. It is drier and crumblier than most cheddars. With its light cream colour and nutty notes, this is one of the strongest cheddars we stock.
TINTO
Produced by Errington cheese, this hard goats cheese is named after the iconic hill near the dairy. High in acidity, nutty with a naturally developed rind.


BERWICK EDGE
Northumberland's answer to a Gouda. Made by Doddington Dairy. This Gouda style hard cheese is complex with caramel notes contrasting with fruitiness and citrus tang.
SMOKED DUNLOP
From Dunlop Dairy in Ayrshire. The Smoked Dunlop has a beautiful pattern on the rind and is traditionally smoked using oak whisky barrel shavings. Nutty, creamy and smokey, this cheese will linger on your palate but not on the cheeseboard.


THE WEE COMRIE
Another cheese from our friends Pierre and Drew at Strathearn. This individual cheese is mellow and buttery. Mild on the pallet and easy to eat.
MINGER
Oooft, this cheese will definitley divide your dinner table. Highland Fine cheeses Minger, gives off the pungent aroma you would expect. When cut, this cheese oozes a buttery but strong, silky cheese, not for the faint hearted.


MORBIER
A classic French cheese, easily recognised by the ash vein running through the middle of the round. It is a soft and elastic textured cheese, that is sweet and fruity. A popular cheese with the kids.
ELRICK LOG
Another of Selina Cairn's excellent goat cheeses. From Errington, this goats cheese lactic is shaped like a log and is always a crowd pleaser. This cheese is ash coated and has a mild, delicate flavour, ideal for a cheeseboard or salad.


LADY MARY'S BAIRNS
Individual soft cheese lactics from Strathearn Cheese Company. Three different options, topped with Wild Garlic and Truffle Oil, Sweet smoked paprika or Beetroot powder.
BRIE DE MEAUX
The big boys of Bries. Named after the town of Meaux in France, this cheese is a designated AOC product. It is velvety in texture with creamy and mushroomy notes.


STRATHDON BLUE
Another Highland Fine Cheese. This beautiful blue is peppery and spicy. It is soft and sticky and pairs well with sweet wines.
CORA LINN
A hard sheep's cheese, made by Errington Dairy. Tastes of earthy hazelnuts and a floral finish.


COLSTON BASSETT
Produced by the dairy of the same name, Colston Bassett is the most classic and traditional stilton we stock. With deep complex flavours, it is creamy, buttery with floral notes and strong veining, with that familiar Stilton texture.
TAIN CHEDDAR
Another great Scottish cheese from Highland Fine Cheeses. This cheddar with its beautiful rind is double cloth bound for maturing. A full bodied, slightly sweet chedar with a long finish.


RENEGADE MONK
Made in Feltham Farm in Somerset. this award winning cheese is immediately idenitifablle by its funky box and its potent smell. Washed in local ale, this pungent but sweet cheese is soft in texture and does well left to warm for a few hours at room temperature.
BIGGAR BLUE
Errington's goat milk sister to Lanark Blue. Rich and vibrant with floral grassy notes that you only find with goats cheese.

ROLLRIGHT
A cows milk, washed rind, wrapped in spruce bark from King Stone dairy. Soft and glossy, similar to Brie, with woody and nutty notes.
